Based on true events, Oklahoma Sun is the incredible rise and fall story of boxer Tommy Morrison, Two-Time Heavyweight World Champion. Motivated by his troubled childhood, Tommy was a dominant force inside the ring with one of the greatest left hooks ever in the game. He quickly found fame and fortune as he co-starred alongside Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 5. Women loved him and men wanted to be him. His success in and out of the ring would eventually lead him to making a string of poor decisions. These poor decisions would end up costing him his life.

Martha Gelhorn, an American novelist, travel writer, and journalist, considered one of the greatest war correspondents of the 20th century, was was also the third wife of American novelist Ernest Hemingway, from 1940 to 1945. This narrative short is a moment of in Gelhorn's life. Gelhorn speaks to a friend on the phone lamenting her dissatisfaction with Hemingway and their relationship.
